Job summary

Texas Instruments' Advanced Technology Development team in Lehi, UT seeks an energetic Process Development Engineer. You will develop new processes, specify equipment needs, and support technology development from paper studies to full-scale manufacturing.

You will apply DOE and SPC to identify yield losses, collaborate with suppliers, and work across 300mm deposition platforms including ALD and CVD systems. Strong engineering and data analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the listed fields and 5+ years in 300mm logic or memory device technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes and define processing/equipment requirements for advanced semiconductor applications.
• Influence process integration schemes and support technology development from early studies to full-scale manufacturing.
• Translate roadmap requirements into process development projects.
• Lead or support projects involving new process concepts and equipment development.
• Provide technical engineering support to improve production efficiency and yield.
