Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development (CVD, ALD preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and drive process engineering teams.
• Track record of successfully managing, recruiting, and developing extraordinary teams.
• Expertise in relevant device areas such as work function, electrodes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day management of key product process engineering teams.
• Set and implement ASM processes.
• Lead the Product Lifecycle Cycle (PLC) team in developing and delivering systems to market.
• Manage development execution in terms of performance, cost, and schedule.
