You will mentor a team of process engineers, develop new methodologies, collaborate with hardware teams to optimize tool capabilities, and engage directly with customers to translate

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in ALD/CVD thin films and related processes.
  • Proven leadership of process engineering teams in semiconductor R&D.
  • Experience translating innovation into manufacturable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of process engineers advancing thin film and surface engineering for advanced semiconductor applications.
  • Drive process and hardware characterization, developing new methodologies for complex system understanding.
  • Partner with hardware engineering to co-optimize process and tool capability.
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve high-value process challenges and influence direction.
  • Deliver technology demonstrations and drive programs from early R&D through customer adoption.
  • Define process specs and integration strategies, identifying tool strengths and gaps.
