Job summary

Legends Global is seeking staff to ensure responsible alcohol service across the venue, in line with state laws and company policy. You will assist staff, observe issues, document incidents, and help with alcohol cut-off while upholding the Legends Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities include supervising game day staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing inventories, and delivering guests a high level of personal service. Flexibility across shifts is required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Alcohol compliance experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be proactive, self-motivated and organized.
• Attention to detail is essential for consistent service.
• Punctuality and dependability are mandatory in this role.
• Ability to work well in a team and support fellow staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee responsible service of alcohol throughout the building per policy.
• Assist staff with alcohol-related issues and document incidents.
• Monitor adherence to Legends Alcohol Policy and assist with cut-off when needed.
• Supervise staff serving alcohol on game days and ensure policy compliance.
• Complete inventory at assigned locations and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide attentive service.
• Work flexibly including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.
