Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a responsible alcohol service coordinator to oversee game day staff and ensure compliant, high‑quality beverage service. You will monitor policies, assist staff with issues, observe violations, and support inventory control in a fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced environments, are proactive, detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of maintaining hygiene and a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Alcohol compliance experience is preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Able to stand, walk long distances and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff.
• Ensures staff adherence to Legends’ alcohol service policy.
• Observes and documents all alcohol-related issues or violations.
• Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Completes inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Know the venue layout and assigned area you are working in.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company service standards.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other departments.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
