Job summary

Legends Global in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Alcohol Service Supervisor to oversee responsible alcohol service across the venue. You will lead event-day staff, enforce policy, and coordinate with management to ensure compliance and guest safety.

You will document alcohol-related incidents, assist with last-call decisions, and maintain positive guest experiences while upholding federal, state, and venue standards. A fast-paced, team-focused approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Alcohol compliance experience or leadership oversight preferred.
• Must be able to obtain responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees.
• Hold a pre-shift meeting to provide details and information to the compliance team.
• Hold a post event meeting to review outcomes of the day’s event.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines per laws and company standards.
• Observe, document, and report alcohol related issues and intoxication.
• Assist management with determining last call time for alcohol sales.
