Hilltop Ski Area in Anchorage, AK seeks a Kitchen Assistant to support culinary and front-of-house teams during the busy season. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, wash dishes, and assist with food prep and line duties.

This role requires reliability, ability to work weekends and evenings, strong teamwork, and familiarity with basic safety practices. Previous kitchen experience is helpful, and the position offers seasonal hours and on-site work.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Assistant supports the culinary team and front of house in delivering exceptional customer service by performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, keeping the kitchen well-stocked, and washing dishes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Cleanliness and Sanitation
