Job summary

North Pacific Seafoods, Inc. in Alaska seeks energetic Seafood Processors for a mid/late June to early/mid August season. Duties span offloading, sorting, filleting, inspecting, and operating equipment, with long shifts up to 16 hours daily when fish are available.

On-site bunkhouses and meals are provided, plus company transport to the work site. Overtime is paid at $26.87 per hour; regular hours start at $17.91 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to perform physical, standing work up to 16 hours per day, seven days a week.
• Live and work in remote areas with limited medical access.

Responsibilities

• Offloading product from vessels.
• Sorting, butchering, cleaning, cutting, filleting, trimming, and boxing seafood.
• Inspecting product.
• Operating plant machinery, forklift or pallet jack.
• Preparing packaging materials.
• Loading product into storage or transport and guiding product into automated machinery.
