Glacier Fish Company is hiring Processors to work aboard the F/T Alaska Ocean, serving Alaska’s Bering Sea and the coasts of Washington/Oregon. Processors convert catch into market-ready products and operate processing equipment on a rotating year-round schedule.
Applicants should be physically fit, able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand long hours, and pass post-offer screenings. Living and meals are provided; trips typically run 13–24 days with vessel work in port between seasons.

Glacier Fish Company is hiring Processors that are mentally and physically resilient to work in a challenging production factory on board the F/T Alaska Ocean that operates both in Alaska’s Bering Sea and off the coast of Washington and Oregon.
We are seeking individuals for permanent, full-time positions who are open to working a rotating schedule year-round. Individuals with recent experience working in a physically demanding position such as manufacturing, production, construction, logging, oil fields, agriculture or the commercial seafood industry are preferred.
Processors work to convert the raw product caught by the fishing vessel into a processed, marketable product ready for sale.
$7,900 - $12,000 a month
Crew are paid a crew share which can range between $3200 - $3500 each full trip worked. Trip lengths can vary between 12 - 24 days on average depending on fishing conditions. There are a scheduled number of trips the vessel will fish each season based on quota. Shipyard work is available while the vessel is in port between the fishing seasons.
