Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Sterling, Alaska is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role focuses on helping students develop essential communication skills within the school setting.

You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop and monitor IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and manage a guaranteed caseload with dedicated documentation and planning time.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Alaska state licensure for SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.
• Support AAC users and diverse communication needs.
• Document progress and complete required reports and documentation.
