Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Alaska Physical Therapist License must be attained upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function.
• Evaluates, records, and reports patient progress.
• Employs mechanical and electrical equipment, and prosthetic/orthotic devices to optimize outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Alaska Physical Therapist License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Master's Degree or Ph.D.
