Job summary

Maniilaq Association in Kotzebue, Alaska, is hiring Pharmacy Technicians I–III to support licensed pharmacists in daily operations. Responsibilities include receiving orders, packaging drugs, and maintaining orderly pharmacy spaces. Positions offer full-time hours with on-call backup in rotation.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and Alaska tech license; experience with RPMS and drug order systems is preferred. Housing may be available as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Alaska pharmacy technician license in process or obtained.
• Ability to pass the Alaska background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect locations for drug storage and maintain par levels.
• Receive, package, and mail village clinic drug orders.
• Maintain clean, organized pharmacy spaces and records.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and staff on drug availability.
• Perform inventories, rotate stock, and manage drug labeling.
• Provide on-call support to licensed pharmacists as needed.
