Denali ATV Adventures hires a CDL Driver Guide to transport guests on the Parks Highway, combining safe driving with humor and top-notch service.

The role requires 8-hour days with guests, managing manifests, staying in contact with Tour Reps, pre-trip checks, fuel monitoring, and occasional light sales; must have CDL-P endorsement, clean MVR, First Aid/CPR, and willingness to live in remote Alaska for about 4.5 months. Salary starts at $22–$24/hr with tips and end-of-season bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Clean driving history and MVR.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Positive attitude in all weather conditions and with all personalities.
• Strong communication skills and people skills.
• Flexible scheduling for morning and evening tours.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and responsibly for up to 8 hours a day with guests.
• Transport guests to and from the ATV site and pickup locations.
• Account for all guests on manifest; communicate changes promptly.
• Maintain constant communication with Tour Reps and Tour Managers via phone/text.
• Know tours and area to answer guest questions confidently.
• Perform walk-around and pre-trip inspection sheet.
• Clean inside and outside of shuttle during and after shift.
• Monitor fuel level and report maintenance concerns to mechanics.
• Assist with participation paperwork, staff transport, courier duties, and light tour sales.
