Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient 1: Break down and value a $1B extent of business sectors using advanced analytics and data sources while operating in a high‑velocity environment.
• Proficient 2: Use pricing tools, cycles, frameworks and board-level metrics to dissect economic trends and market forces; develop high‑level pricing architectures within the competitive AAG markets; additionally support the assessment and execution of revenue‑generating initiatives (Saver, Premium Class, Top‑of‑the‑line, Dynamic Pricing, etc.) using BI capabilities to visualize, analyze results, and provide revenue‑driving insights.
• Proficient 3: Formulate a powerful approach to address complex business challenges; lead in achieving or surpassing unit revenue objectives and KPIs; exercise strong judgement in influencing and communicating pricing decisions across the organization; additionally drive analysis and implementation of revenue‑generating initiatives through BI tools to create dashboards for the pricing team and senior management.

• Four‑year college education with a concentration in business organization, finance, statistics, science, computer science or related discipline, or 2 years of experience in pricing, analysis or related field if no degree.
