Job Synopsis

As the head of the Client Support team, the Client Support Group Commander will assume responsibility for the team while driving, coordinating, managing, evaluating, and endorsing the work of the Client Support Specialists.

Key Obligations

• Drive the Client Support Specialists on shift and be responsible for the team’s ability to achieve the company’s common objectives, including those of Skyline Air and Gold Country Carriers.
• Ensure that Client Support Specialists follow legitimate procedures.
• Perform additional duties such as allocating schedules, planning, and supervising staff on a 7‑day‑week basis.
• Handle administrative tasks, produce reports, and assist with unexpected traveler needs or complaints.
• Perform Client Support Specialist duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 6 months of client support or airline experience.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate teams for optimal performance.
• Strong focus and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• When applicable, ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling confirmation.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds reliably.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle physical tasks.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• English language fluency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of client care or local area administration experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
