Job summary

Marmic Fire and Safety Co. seeks an Alarm Technician to install, maintain, and repair fire, intrusion, and monitoring alarm systems for our clients. You will ensure safety and functionality, perform on-site servicing, and deliver excellent customer service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, Arkansas Alarm License, and 3+ years in alarm systems with strong troubleshooting skills. A clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Arkansas Alarm License.
• 3+ years experience installing and servicing alarm systems.
• Strong knowledge of alarm system components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure alarm systems per client specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of alarm systems.
• Diagnose and repair system issues and provide on-site support.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed logs.
