Job Responsibilities
  • Installation Excellence: Implementing new security and fire alarm systems, with a primary focus on residential environments, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our valued clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Servicing and maintaining existing alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and client satisfaction.
  • Precision Testing: Conducting thorough Test and Inspections (T&Is) on installed alarm systems, upholding our commitment to quality and reliability.
  • Effective Communication: Interfacing directly with customers, establishing strong rapport, and consistently exceeding expectations through clear communication and impeccable workmanship.
Desired Skills And Traits
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in installing and programming Honeywell alarm panels and associated peripheral alarm products.
  • Low Voltage Expertise: A broad understanding of low voltage equipment installations and familiarity with the principles of basic circuit theory and troubleshooting.
