Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for alarm system components
  • Program and configure alarm systems to meet customer specifications
  • Test and troubleshoot alarm systems to ensure proper functionality
  • Provide training to customers on how to use and operate their alarm systems
  • Respond to service calls and perform repairs or replacements as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of installations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Applicants should possess their level I, II, or III
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards a plus (including 70 and 72)
  • Proficient in programming and configuring various fire alarm system brands and models. Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial and residential systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
