Job summary

Allied Fire Protection is seeking an Alarm Operations Manager to lead and coordinate fire alarm installation, service, and related operations in Pearland, TX. You will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive process improvements to grow service sales while maintaining safety and quality across all projects.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of NFPA 72, and experience with Excel/Word for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 rules and all necessary codes.
• Nicet II and III certification preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L a plus.
• Experience with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction and service of fire alarm processes.
• Monitor and report on metrics involving revenue, gross margin, and productivity.
• Develop/implement/continuously improve process to convert installation clients to service sales.
• Oversee audits and work instructions improvement process to ensure integrity and relevance.
• Coordinate installation and service operations with Premier Accounts to ensure customer needs are met.
• Conduct regular job site safety audits and maintain safe working environment.
