Qualifications

• Valid knowledge of ALARA planning and radiation protection principles.
• Experience or education in health physics or related sciences.
• Strong field observation and communication skills, with outage planning exposure.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings representing Radiation Protection and ALARA.
• Track and monitor RP metrics for CRE reduction.
• Coordinate ALARA resources with site personnel.
• Write ALARA packages and conduct progress reviews.
• Implement corrective actions and learning objectives.
• Perform in-field observations ensuring standards are met.
• Deliver oral and written communications for all audiences.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed.
