Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Group Leader to guide and grow the Alabama Transportation Business Group. You will direct client management, review contracts and proposals, and align market growth strategies with HDR’s objectives in Alabama.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage financial performance, and ensure high-quality project delivery across transportation initiatives in Alabama, with collaboration across regional groups and national Market Sectors.
