Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
- 10+ years in civil engineering with transportation emphasis.
- Proven track record in business development and client relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development in Huntsville and North Alabama for roadway and infrastructure projects.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities; manage RFQs/RFPs and proposals.
- Build connections with municipalities, ALDOT, contractors, and partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams on scopes, staffing, and proposals.
- Support kickoff and handoff to delivery teams; maintain client relationships.
- Represent the firm at industry events and lead strategic growth initiatives.
