REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Provide assistance with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the appropriate nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and maintain their independence
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and individual preferences
• Document care and services provided according to facility procedures
• Communicate resident concerns and needs to the appropriate team members
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
