Aventura at Oakwood Assisted Living in Springfield, OH is hiring Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living, promoting comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. Full-Time and Part-Time positions with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Provide meal assistance and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Attend to call lights and respond promptly; observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Encourage participation in activities and support independence.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and individual preferences.
• Document care and services per facility procedures.
• Communicate resident concerns to the care team; follow all policies and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
