Job summary

SLB is seeking an The AL Field Specialist to ensure safe, efficient PSD delivery to customers in the field. You will be responsible for service delivery execution, ESP pulling and startup, and driving continual improvements while complying with safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years in Oil & Gas, with preferred experience in ALS and ESP technologies. Field presence and adherence to HSE policies are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Preferred experience with ALS and ESP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Responsible for executing service delivery, including ESP pulling, installation, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting.
