Job summary

SLB in Midland, Texas is seeking an AL Field Specialist to safeguard safe, efficient service delivery on-site. You will execute ESP pulling, installation, start-up and troubleshooting, while maintaining CAT compliance, safety, and quality standards.

You will develop customer contacts, participate in risk analysis and continual improvement, and support service delivery with on-site problem solving and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Preferred experience with ALS (Artificial Lift Systems) and ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) technologies.

Responsibilities

The AL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The AL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
