Job summary

Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, OR is seeking dependable Caregivers to join our assisted living team. This hands-on role focuses on providing compassionate personal care, helping residents with daily routines, and supporting a welcoming home environment.

Our team works closely with the care staff to ensure safety and comfort, while adhering to state guidelines and facility policies. If you enjoy helping seniors and want meaningful daily impact, we’d love to connect with you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a caregiver and/or with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Must possess a current CPR certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility
• Must possess a current Food Handlers certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility
• Must be able to read, understand and write in English to perform documentation each shift
• Must interact tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government staff and the general public.
• Must be highly customer service oriented and dedicated to providing superior hospitality and service to our residents.
