Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, OR is seeking dependable Caregivers for a hands-on role in a fast-paced assisted living environment. You'll provide direct support, help with daily routines, and contribute to a safe, comfortable home for residents.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, full-time hours, and benefits including health insurance, a 403(b) match, paid time off and daily pay options. Prior caregiving experience and CPR/food handler certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in geriatric care.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain with facility assistance.
• Food handlers certification or willingness to obtain with facility assistance.
• Ability to read, understand and write in English for shift documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer service.

Qualifications: What You'll Do

Caregivers assist in the personal care of Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, in accordance with state regulations and facility policies and procedures.

What You Bring

• Previous experience working as a caregiver and/or with the geriatric population is preferred
• Must possess a current CPR certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility
• Must possess a current Food Handlers certification or be willing to obtain one with assistance from the facility
• Must be able to read, understand and write in English to perform documentation each shift
• Must interact tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government staff and the general public.
• Must be highly customer service oriented and dedicated to providing superior hospitality and service to our residents.
