Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Floating Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. This full-time role requires travel and leadership to guide teams, with duties spanning inspections, coaching, and delivering supplies.

Eligible candidates will travel up to 2–3 hours from home base, lead by example, and coordinate with the Area Manager to boost client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions.
