You will read drawings, use layout tools and measuring instruments, and coordinate with welders and fabricators to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Fitter or Structural Steel Fabricator in a shop environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with layout tools, measuring instruments, and hand tools.
• Basic tack welding skills; MIG or stick welding experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods in a shop setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
