Job summary

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced AIT Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. Reporting to the Director, Systems Integration & Test, you will assemble, check out, and maintain EGSE, test racks, and related infrastructure supporting spacecraft production.

The role requires attention to quality, AS-9100 standards, and strong electromechanical integration skills. US citizenship with the ability to obtain DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electromechanical assembly and test equipment integration.
• Experience with EGSE or test racks preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and follow detailed procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and maintain EGSE systems and test racks.
• Perform electrical checkout and functional testing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic avionics and electrical issues.
• Backfill wire harness routing and fabrication.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and ESD compliance.
