Job summary

PwC is seeking an AI Data Scientist Senior Associate to transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics and ML, within the Assurance practice in the United States. You will build data-driven solutions, create visualizations, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

You will work on exploratory analysis, descriptive modeling, and predictive methods, applying Python and modern AI/ML approaches to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications

As an AI Data Scientist Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, navigating complex situations, and growing your personal brand. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC, you will work on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while maintaining professional and technical standards. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, as well as to develop self‑awareness and address development areas. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm’s overall business strategies.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
• Applies statistical analysis, machine learning, data preparation, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques to develop and validate AI/ML solutions
• Utilizes Python, data science libraries, model validation methods, and modern AI/ML approaches, including generative AI where relevant, to communicate actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrating proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows
• Utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques effectively
• Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling
• Leveraging experience with data engineering and data pipelines
• Applying knowledge of natural language processing and neural networks

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
