PwC in New York is seeking an AI Data Scientist Manager to lead data science initiatives that turn raw data into actionable insights. You will manage a team, coach members, and ensure delivery of high-quality analytics projects for clients, balancing technical leadership with business impact.
You will apply machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering techniques to build scalable solutions across data pipelines and data lakes, driving growth and innovation.
As an AI Data Scientist Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, enabling informed decision-making and solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions within complex systems, partnering with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines. Your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
