Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Service Product Specialist to act as the technical authority for AIS and GIS service products and solutions within an assigned region. You will support field operations, engineering, sales, and customers by providing advanced technical expertise throughout the equipment lifecycle, including maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, training, and service development.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of experience in high-voltage products, field service, engineering, product support, or related environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Ability to investigate technical problems, support troubleshooting, and interpret technical drawings and test reports.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for AIS and GIS service products and solutions.
Provide advanced technical support to field service, project management, operations, and customers.
Manage troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions for complex service issues.
Support regional field teams in planning and executing service projects, outages, upgrades, and interventions.
Develop training materials and guidance for field execution and service sales.
