Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the assigned area. You will supervise a diverse team, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with FAA data and inspection procedures.

Training and development for mechanics are expected as part of the role. The position requires leadership experience in aircraft maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years’ recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ aircraft maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, and prioritization to assigned team, across multiple specialties and ATS requirements.
• Ensures all work is airworthy and compliant with approved data and procedures.
• Coordinates with Engineering to support delivery milestones and prioritize responses.
• Trains and develops mechanics to improve performance.
• Manages maintenance planning and communication with Leads and crew.
