Job summary

You will lead AMTs, assign tasks, and ensure quality control through proper signoffs. Requirements include an FAA A&P certificate and 3+ years of maintenance experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
• 3+ years as aircraft maintenance technician.
• Ability to drive tugs, trucks, taxi aircraft, lift trucks, etc.
• Familiarity with accessing online aircraft manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Valid Driver License meeting Amerijet insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians across shifts and ensure proper task completion and documentation.
• Review work packages and sign off with proper references before submission to Quality Control.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Inspect facilities for needed work and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Assign duties to qualified assistants and provide guidance as needed.
• Perform or supervise maintenance tasks per FAA regulations and company manuals.
• Verify inspections and airworthiness releases as required.
