Job summary

Jet Aviation seeks a Customer Projects Manager to ensure airworthiness by validating compliance with 14 CFR and JAFS conformity processes. The role oversees conformity teams across phases, producing an FAA-acceptable conformity package for Part 91/135 aircraft.

The position is hybrid, based in the US, with frequent domestic travel and occasional international trips, supporting both Jet Aviation and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in aviation management of permanent records.
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate aircraft management.
• Willing to travel domestically and possibly internationally; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify aircraft transitions scheduling requirements and coordinate permanent records and conformity.
• Select and manage conformity team ensuring compliance with Jet Aviation processes.
• Oversee records review and physical inspection for conformity.
• Validate data and appendices per JAFS conformity process before submission.
• Coordinate with FAA inspectors and external vendors as needed.
