Flexton Inc. is seeking an Airtable & AI Reporting / Operations Specialist to build, manage, and improve Airtable workflows, tracking, and internal processes.

The role focuses on hands-on Airtable work, data integrations, and AI-assisted leadership reporting, with an emphasis on automating and streamlining weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. You’ll collaborate with Product and Program teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong hands-on experience with Airtable, data workflows, reporting, and AI tools.
  • Comfortable pulling data from Google Sheets into Airtable and building reports.
  • Ability to create ad-hoc queries and use AI to streamline leadership reporting and business processes.
  • Experience building dashboards and presentation-ready reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve Airtable workflows, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Pull and integrate data from Google Sheets and internal tools into Airtable.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports and dashboards.
  • Set up ongoing reporting processes and improve existing workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Program, and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting on time.

Job description

We are looking for an Airtable & AI Reporting / Operations Specialist to help build, manage, and improve our Airtable workflows, tracking, reporting, and internal processes.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Airtable, data workflows, reporting, and AI tools. You should be comfortable working independently, pulling data from sources such as Google Sheets into Airtable, building reports, creating ad-hoc queries, and using AI tools to streamline leadership reporting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and improve Airtable workflows, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Pull and integrate data from Google Sheets and other internal tools into Airtable.
  • Create and manage weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports.
  • Build dashboards and presentation-ready reporting for leadership and business teams.
  • Create ad-hoc queries and manipulate Airtable data based on business needs.
  • Set up ongoing reporting processes and improve existing workflows.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude, Gleen, and other AI platforms to collect, analyze, summarize, and organize information for leadership reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational workflows using Airtable and AI.
  • Build repeatable processes for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Work closely with Product, Program, and other teams to understand business requirements and deliver reporting on time.
  • Proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing workflows and reporting processes.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Airtable.
  • Experience building and managing Airtable workflows, databases, views, automations, and reporting.
  • Experience working with Google Sheets and data integrations.
  • Strong reporting and data organization skills.
  • Experience creating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gleen, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
  • Ability to use AI to automate, summarize, analyze, and improve reporting workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Program teams.
  • Understanding of end-to-end product/program goals and business processes.
  • Experience identifying process gaps and independently recommending improvements.
  • Experience with additional reporting, analytics, or automation tools.
