Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a dedicated Airtable Platform Developer to accelerate a centralized operational management system and provide day-to-day platform support.

Responsibilities include designing complex Airtable solutions, managing data models, automations, and user access, plus creating training materials and onboarding new users in a remote support environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building Airtable bases and data models.
• Strong knowledge of linked records, rollups, lookups, formulas, and automations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• Platform Development (60–70%): design, build, and enhance Airtable solutions with data models, views, interfaces, and automations.
• Platform Support (20–30%): manage user access, permissions, and troubleshoot automations/view issues.
• Training & Onboarding (10%): create quick references, screen recordings, and provide training.

Platform Development (60–70%)

• Design, build, and enhance complex Airtable solutions, including data models, views, interfaces, and automations.
• Deliver prioritized platform capability improvements.
• Conduct demos with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure data integrity, formula accuracy, and automation reliability.
• Document features, functionality, and maintenance requirements.

Platform Support (20–30%)

• Manage user access and permissions.
• Troubleshoot broken automations, sync failures, and view issues.

Training & Onboarding (10%)

• Create quick reference guides and screen recordings.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group training.
• Hands-on experience building complex Airtable bases.
• Strong knowledge of linked records, rollups, lookups, formulas, conditional logic, and automations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable and responsive in a remote support environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in software product, operations, or technology program environments.
• Familiarity with Agile / SAFe, including ARTs, PI Planning, and Sprints.
• Experience integrating Airtable with Jira, Zapier, or Make.
