Aether Biomedical is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with Airtable expertise to support data management, workflows and cross-team collaboration. You will gather requirements, structure data, and build scalable Airtable solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial Airtable experience required.
• Strong business analysis background with data-focused approach.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into Airtable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure data in Airtable to support business needs and decision-making
• Build and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, views, formulas, and reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Create and maintain Airtable automations and workflows
• Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical data solutions
• Document data structures, workflows, and processes
