Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Airtable workflows and tracking systems.
• Pull data from Google Sheets and other internal tools into Airtable.
• Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Build Airtable views, dashboards, and other presentation layers as needed.
• Help answer ad-hoc business questions by pulling and organizing data.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Gleen to create leadership reports and automate recurring work.
• Look for ways to reduce manual work and improve existing workflows.
• Work with Product and Program teams to understand needs and deliver reports on time.
• Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.

Airtable & AI Automation Specialist-

Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is strong in Airtable and AI tools and can help us improve how we track information, manage workflows, and create reports.

This person will work with Airtable, Google Sheets, and internal tools to bring data together and create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports. They will also use AI tools such as Claude, Gleen, and similar tools to make reporting and other recurring tasks faster and more automated.

The right person should be comfortable working independently, understanding what the team needs, and finding better ways to get things done.

What You'll Do
