Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Lead to drive the planning, execution, and scheduling of technical and work instructions for the UK NAS-R program. You will bridge high-level systems architecture with ground-level execution to provide standardized, safety‑compliant blueprints for field technicians.

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end instruction lifecycle, develop knowledge management frameworks, and perform data‑driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Proficient with documentation platforms and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, scheduling, and maintenance of technical/work instructions for the UK NAS-R program.
• Develop and sustain knowledge management frameworks to streamline service delivery operations.
• Collect and evaluate operational data to improve productivity, scalability, and procedures.
• Facilitate technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and test engineers to validate instructions and adapt documentation to evolving goals.
