Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with guests, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, ground services).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and flag safety concerns immediately.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
