Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Replenisher to maintain stock and deliver merchandise to our locations. You will pull reports, fill orders, and assist with stock put-away, planograms, and promotions.

This role requires operating shipping/receiving functions, unloading trucks, and providing shop maintenance. The position emphasizes accurate inventory, strong customer service, and teamwork with sales staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Work with a consistent sense of urgency.
• Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
• Self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Physical requirements include heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending, early morning/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pulls stock and delivers to locations throughout the day; maintains stock levels.
• Works with sales associates and managers to stock, set planograms, and promote merchandise.
• Processes shipping and receiving, unloads trucks, packs and delivers stock orders.
• Maintains shop maintenance and uses company equipment or handheld devices for inventory tasks.
• Provides customer service, handles register transactions, and supports store operations as needed.
