Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee airport warehouse operations, supervising cargo handlers and clerks to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, enforce safety, train new staff, and generate reports on activity while collaborating with logistics and other departments to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflows for efficiency.
• Supervise and direct warehouse staff and assign duties.
• Coordinate with logistics for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Implement inventory control measures and ensure stock accuracy.
• Enforce safety and security protocols in the workplace.
• Conduct quality checks on goods received and dispatched.
