Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our team to escort unaccompanied minors and provide special services for inbound and outbound flights. You will meet flights, provide directions, and ensure documentation and identification are in order while maintaining safety standards.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum 18 years old, and the ability to obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Provide escort and special services for unaccompanied minors as requested
• Provide general information and directions to passengers
• Meet inbound and outbound flights as requested
• Always be aware of the departure time of the Unaccompanied Minor
• Never, Never, Never leave an unaccompanied Minor unattended or out of sight
• Always release the unaccompanied Minor to gate agent or client representative
• Always make sure the unaccompanied Minor's documentation is in order
• Always check the ID of the person claiming to be the party listed on the Minor's paperwork
• Complete appropriate documentation
• Must be familiar with all FAA/Airline/Company regulations
• Comply with all safety requirements to include only using equipment that you have been trained on, immediately reporting unsafe conditions and workplace injuries, wearing proper PPE, and attending required safety training
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy
