Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Charlotte, NC, is hiring for an Unaccompanied Minor Escort role. You will meet inbound/outbound flights, provide escort and special services, and ensure minors are properly documented and supervised at all times.

Position is full-time, non-exempt, with multiple shifts including mornings and evenings. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, earned wage access, and travel discounts. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to obtain necessary credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide escort and special services for unaccompanied minors as requested.
• Provide general information and directions to passengers.
• Meet inbound and outbound flights as requested.
• Always be aware of the departure time of the Unaccompanied Minor.
• Never leave an unaccompanied Minor unattended or out of sight.
• Always release the unaccompanied Minor to gate agent or client representative.
• Always make sure the unaccompanied Minor's documentation is in order.
• Always check the ID of the person claiming to be the party listed on the Minor's paperwork.
• Must be familiar with all FAA/Airline/Company regulations.
• Comply with all safety requirements and report hazards.
