Job summary

The Charlotte County Airport Authority (CCAA) seeks a Duty Manager to support daily terminal operations, parking facilities, and ground transportation programs at Punta Gorda. You will coordinate with airlines, tenants, TSA, concessionaires, and airport departments to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations while enhancing passenger experience.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in aviation industry related to duties.
• Minimum 5 years in customer service.

• Provide day-to-day leadership to promote accountability and high performance.
• Assist Terminal Manager with personnel management and staff development.
• Oversee daily terminal operations for efficient customer service.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with airlines, TSA, and vendors to resolve service issues.
• Support regulatory compliance, safety, and security requirements.
