Job summary

Pacific Pros is seeking a Construction Manager IV to lead the LAWA Terminal 7/8 refresh program on-site in Los Angeles, CA. The role represents the Owner, coordinating pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates will have experience in active environments, strong budget control, and solid stakeholder engagement. This position is full-time on-site with immediate opening in April 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction in active environments.
• Ability to manage budget and schedule while maintaining scope.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to meet project needs.
• Knowledge of construction contracting practices and methodologies.
• Understanding of the project construction life cycle from pre-con to closeout.
• Ability to work with designers and contractors to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site field construction activities for project completion.
• Apply knowledge of installation methods and techniques.
• Ensure work follows approved plans and notifications.
• Become familiar with contractual obligations and facilities.
• Ensure work complies with plans and RFIs.
• Develop construction planning and identify milestones.
• Monitor budget estimates and staffing.
• Monitor manpower/materials/equipment to meet schedule and budget.
• Identify potential problem areas and take preventive action.
• Ensure sound construction practices for quality and cost.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Implement policies including project labor agreements.
