Strong documentation and training material creation are essential. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with airport operations control systems, PSIM platforms, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL).
• Experience with airport visual docking guidance systems.
• Experience with CCTV systems.
• Experience with Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Experience with Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems.
• Experience with airport operations control systems.
• Lead and participate in triage activities during downtime with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Provide incident management and analysis reports.
• Maintain and create documentation for training purposes.
• Maintain and create SOPs and checklists as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
